I ordered a pizza for delivery, and while the delivery was smooth, the pizza itself was quite disappointing. What happened to classic pizza? This Rustic Pizza was poorly presented. Its shape resembled a distorted map of the United States, and the cutting was messy. To top it off, the crust was as hard as a brick. I remember when Papa Gino’s had great pizza. I recommend returning to your original recipe instead of trying to compete with places like Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's, which I think aren’t even that great. I wish you luck with your new pizza styles, but I won’t be ordering from you again.
This is undoubtedly one of the best places for pizza. The food was fantastic, and the customer service was the perfect finishing touch. Robert is incredibly nice and is an outstanding manager! The staff was also excellent, ensuring that everything was fresh. If you're looking for a pizza restaurant in Hyde Park, I highly recommend this place.
I've worked at a pizzeria before, and I've never told anyone it would take an hour to make a pizza. The service there is very slow; even when they provide an estimated time, my pizza is often still not ready by the time I arrive. I've had to walk away from buying pizza there several times because of how long it takes.
The manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was amazed that the manager knew what people would order as the regular customers came in. Ray was outstanding! Despite being backed up with 40 pizza orders for catering and delivery, he remained friendly and personable. He got my pizza to me as quickly as possible and even took the time to chat with me as I was leaving. And this was all before noon! Thank you, Ray.
The Gino's location is always clean and welcoming! The staff takes the time to get to know the locals, and they genuinely seem to enjoy their work. The food is prepared quickly, and if there's ever a delay or change in your order, they will make sure to reach out to you.
