I placed an order for small cheese wings at 3 PM, expecting delivery by 3:50 PM. Since I live on the third floor, I headed downstairs to wait in the lobby by 3:40 PM. However, by 4:10 PM—20 minutes past the expected delivery time and just 5 minutes away from the restaurant—I still hadn’t received my order. I decided to call and check on it. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, the representative returned to inform me that it would be at least another 30 minutes since they were waiting for the delivery driver to come back. The food was good as always, the service was amazing ! The staff there Lindsay helped My family where I customized my salad, my boys sub along with a pizza. Everything came out perfect and delicious! One of the best Papa Gino's left the only time we have had a not so good pizza was tonight! The pizza seemed to be sitting for a while and not fresh.
