“1st day lunch” My family was trying to explore nice places in PEI and really enjoyed all food even draft beer pf PEI. My son loved Pasta Bolognese. Lobster rolls was pretty good with good tasty bread. All is good enough to try to. “2nd day lunch” I was really disappointed with the staff. She was just cutting while I was ordering additional beer and cleaned up anther table. I’m not her neighbor nor a resident in PEI. Even not Canadian. Just tourist here. The experience in this time was the most awful during I have been visiting so many restaurants in Canada, the U. S , Europe countries and Asia countries. I absolutely adore this friendly, family-owned restaurant, especially after the recent renovation. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and very inviting. I make sure to have dinner here every time I visit PEI. The menu is varied and has something for everyone, including children, with options ranging from fresh seafood, salads, burgers, and steaks. The owners are Lebanese and their chef is from East India, so anything with a Middle Eastern influence is a safe bet. The kafta and rice dish is delicious, but my favorite time to visit is on Curry Wednesday (or maybe it's Tuesday, be sure to check! The chicken korma is absolutely delicious. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
The service at this restaurant was amazing. The second we sat down we had water at our table our cups never went empty. I got the butter chicken oh wow. It was probably the most tender chicken I have EVER had ! It was such a flavourful dish wasn’t spicy if you don’t like spicy meals. My husband got the braised beef but substituted the potatoes out with a garden salad. The meat was sooooo tender ! For dessert I got the brownie sundae my husband got the chocolate torte let’s just say we were licking the plates clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants delicious food !
By GOD the place did not disappoint! As good a dinning experience as any 200$/meal fancy dinning places I’ve visited. You just have to try their Zatar fries — truly amazing. To die for, I might even say. Crispy and flavorful, some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time! The duck breast on their special menu is also very well made. Make reservations! This place is always busy. And there is a great reason all food was excellent! Best Lobster roll in town. In fact, I think it is the best I ever tasted! Chowder had a lot of seafood in it. Sweet potatoes French fries with slightly spicy sauce was out of this world. My husband ordered pasta bolognese and it was outstanding too! Don't miss it!
Big portion, possibly the biggest lobster roll I have ever had this year, a little bit cheaper than other restaurants as well. But there is a lot of room for taste improvement, especially the side caesar salad. Seafood chowder is as good as expected. Neat and clean setting with professional and friendly staff.
