Things happen in companies that are accidents. What separates good experiences from the bad ones is how the staff reacts to bring the problem to a conclusion. I am glad to say that I was satisfied with my experience in this Papa John’s today. I came for a pickup within minutes of my pizza as “ready” on the app. My pizza was waiting for me behind the checkout, and after he gave me my reception, he went back and through a door. After a few minutes waiting time, I called him to ask if there was a problem with my pizza. He came in and apologized because he thought another employee would bring me the pizza. We've always loved Papa John's Philly Cheesesteak pizza, but our latest experience was disappointing. The pizza we received was more like a plain cheese pizza, lacking toppings, and they didn’t even include the bacon we ordered and paid for. While I didn’t request a refund, I was simply hoping for a quality pizza, which didn’t happen. It seems that this particular Papa John's has shifted from focusing on customer satisfaction to prioritizing profits, resulting in inferior products. Probably the most mid pizza I've ever had, actually worse than pre frozen pizza somehow. Slow delivery, driver ignored contactless delivery, and instead of actually having the crust being butter garlic they just chucked a cup of the butter sauce in the box. Save yourself some money and order anywhere else or hit your local grocery store, it will probably taste better and save you 30+ dollars.

I'm a fan of Papa John's pizza, but I was extremely let down when I called today and had to speak to someone at a call center who barely spoke any English (and it sounded like they were not in the US). I was not comfortable giving my credit card information to this person. The pizza may be delicious and the local service may be good, but this aspect was a big disappointment for me. If you are a fan of thin crust pizza, the pizza makers at this restaurant can craft a paper-thin crust that resembles a true New York style pizza. Well done, guys!

Did not really care for the pizza. Flavor of the pizza was bland not normally like Papa John's. I get in St. Louis area.
