I ordered delivery from this Papa John's location, and the pizza arrived sealed. After taking a few bites, we discovered what appeared to be mulch or wood in the pizza (see attached photo). We believe this issue occurred at the store, so we submitted a complaint online. However, we haven't received any response from Papa John's regarding this quality issue. We wanted to share our experience here to alert others.
I ordered pizza on the app, but I have no idea how the sauce changed from red sauce to ranch. I called the manager, and he was being rude. I asked him if he could change it, but the way he spoke to me was so disrespectful. I'll never come back there. I can’t even eat it because is so
I called to place an order and was initially quoted $22.99, but when I went to check out, the staff member apologized and informed me that the price was actually $27.99 for the two large pizzas. It seems like Papa John's has really declined in quality!
I ordered a 12-inch pizza, but they delivered an 8-inch one instead. I requested half with salami, mushrooms, and onion and the other half with pepperoni, but they only brought it with pepperoni. Reserva una mesa ahora
I ordered a pizza late at night and it was delicious and perfectly baked. I asked for a small pizza with pepperoni and jalapenos, and it was cooked perfectly with a light amount of cheese.
I ordered a large Sausage/Mushroom pizza but received a Cheese pizza instead. Paying $28 for a Cheese pizza was disappointing.
The pizza tasted good but didnt realize how small it was. Wont be ordering again. Not worth the price considering its size
