absolutely terrible service. we ordered yesterday evening as a birthday contract for my son, after an hour waiting time we called to ask if everything was in order to say that they had not received our order. we had the proof of purchase, the money was taken from our account and we offered to send or even get into the load to show all this, but we say there was nothing they could do. they said we would have to contact the customer service for a refund (as we arrive at 3-5 working days) and if we wanted to eat our food, we would have to reorder and pay again.
