I called this location to order ahead for the next day. When I talked to the person on the phone, they confirmed the time by for 11:30 in the morning . The next day (when the pizzas were supposed to be delivered), I called to confirm that the order would be arriving at ,11:30 a.m. and the person confirmed. At ,11:45, the order had not arrived, so I called to check the status. At that time, they told me that the driver had left 10 minutes prior to deliver. 30 minutes later, we still hadn 't received the pizza. I've ordered from this store several times and every time I do the quality is very bad, so maybe ordering again is the definition of insanity, but my order today was the last straw. Several items were missing from my order, one item was either made incorrectly or was the wrong item and had huge chunks of unmelted cheese on it and was completely inedible, the other was sliced incredibly sloppily. I was on hold with the store for half an hour and no one answered, so I submitted a complaint on the website because half my order wasn't edible and will hopefully be getting a refund but I'm not confident I'll hear back.
This was the most horrible delivery experience of my life. I ordered my pizza at 11:30 I got my confirmation email at 12:06.When I called the store to check up on my order I was told that the store was under staffed and they decided to hang up in my face. I then called again was told the same thing but this time with an attitude and again was hung up on. We then decided to wait and the pizza didn 't arrive until 2 AM IN TBE MORNING cold,dry, and flavorless! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND GOOD PIZZA! The pizza was amazing the customer service was HORRIBLE. i am from out of state and this was one of the worst experiences I have had with papa johns. They took over an hour and a half to deliver while they said it should take 30 minutes. I tried calling multiple times but they had me on hold for a very long time. Once it finally arrived all the sauces that were ordered were not there.
I placed an order at 8:25 PM and was given an estimated time of 95 minutes. I checked the tracker at 10 o'clock but did not receive any updates. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered and there was no updated estimated time. After waiting for 2 hours and 12 minutes, my pizza never arrived.
like most dad johns in recent years this place is a full sweat. a lot of luck getting everything delivered, and even when they pick up, they seem to screw it every time. simply close the position as a spot on her call.
I love this location honestly. They're fast, efficient, and precise. The only thing I will be nitpicky about is needing them to cut all the way through the pizza but that's it.

The gourmet sandwiches at this restaurant are fantastic! My favorite is the #11 country club. They are similar to Subway Sandwiches and are excellent.
