Have an issue ordering from here probably 4/5 times I order. You'd think I'd learn. This time it was ordering NO CONTACT delivery in which the driver told me I had to sign the receipt and would not just drop the food off.... like they're supposed to. This the first time this has ever happened. Called the store and they said they wouldn't do anything for me. No compensation, no credit, no resolve at all. THEN I ACTUALLY LOOK AT MY FOOD. Burnt garlic knots, cold pizza, and forgot EVERY SAUCE I ORDERED. Pizza not even cut through all the way and looks like a child cut the pizza, and supposed to be NY style, the big slices. I ordered a pizza for delivery but received a text stating that it was ready for pickup. When I called the restaurant to ask if they could deliver it as requested, the manager was incredibly rude. She outright lied and claimed that someone had picked up my order, which I knew couldn’t be true since we were still waiting for it. Instead of listening to me, she talked over me in a condescending manner and hung up without discussing my refund. I called back, but she screened my call and reiterated that she had already said what she needed to say. My first experience ordering delivery from this restaurant was disappointing. The food arrived over an hour late and was missing half of the items I had requested. Despite promises to return with the missing items, the delivery person never did. Attempts to contact the store by phone were unsuccessful, so I resorted to emailing customer service. The only resolution offered was a promo code for a free pizza. Giving them another chance with a new delivery order, I kept it simple with only two items. Unfortunately, the same delivery person from before brought the wrong pizza to the wrong house, despite clear address information. I have never encountered such disorganization with other Papa John...

Have had issues with delivery from this location before, but this time is the last straw. Placed an order online, we redeemed a coupon they sent us from the last time they messed up, and surprisingly it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but they didn’t deliver the whole order. Called the store, was on hold for 25 minutes, they never answered. Called two more times after that, still no answer. I want to be refunded the part of the order that wasn’t delivered, and can’t even get a hold of the store. Papa Johns doesn’t have a good way to handle grievances either. delivery is always a sweat with this place. I live only a mile away, just 81, and the deliveries always take an hour to come here after they have left the door. edit: I just tried to use my credit for a free 5-topping pizza (which is still not as good as my $30 back. would have been nice) and from any reason a 3-topping pizza would still cost $3 plus the standard delivery fee. this place should have been closed a few years after this fire.

i put my correct address into the app for delivery, and after taking over an hour to make a single pizza, it was sent to the wrong house several towns away. i called the store, and the worker said it was my fault and the best he could do was a refund. i went to the receipt on the app and read out the correct address, and he still had nothing helpful to say. by that time it was past midnight so we just went to bed hungry.

I had some specific expectations, but my experience at the Brooklyn Park location was disappointing and stayed with me for years. However, my visit to the Robinsdale location completely changed my perspective. A year later, I returned and was delighted to encounter excellent service. I ordered delivery around 3 PM, and my hot pizza arrived at 2:58. Thank you!

Ordered a pizza and when I went to pick up a piece of the pizza it went like lifting a wet noodle. It just hung straight down and toppings fell off the slice. When I was eat the crust I tasted raw dough to the point the pizza wasn’t full cooked. This was the worst pizza I ever ate. I would have had a better pizza from a frozen pizza. Never again. Ordered this on a Sunday afternoon before the vikes game and it was delicious. Made my order and within 20 mins it was at my door. Food was made nicely and everything was there. If all pizza places had this fast of delivery and correctly made they wouldall be good. This one made my day for the game and I?m happy with my order
