I was considering canceling my order and requesting a refund. The person I spoke to was rather discourteous and told me they were very busy, even though they claimed they could still deliver my order. My son wanted pizza, so I told him to place the order. He ordered 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings, which totaled $88. When I called to cancel because I knew they had specials, the manager offered a $10 discount. I declined and asked for the special instead, which he was able to provide. I reordered 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings for $48. However, they canceled the order without informing us. This was unprofessional. It’s my money and I should decide how to spend it. I will never do business with them again.
This is the best Papa John's I’ve ever visited. I’m not sure what their secret is, but every pizza, from their specialty options to the simplest ones, always tastes amazing! Although they don’t deliver to my area, the drive is definitely worth it every time. They also promptly call if there’s any question about the order, which ensures everything is always perfect.
The customer service is quite disappointing. This is the second time I've ordered a papadia, and there's barely any meat in it.
