At Papa John's Pizza, my group arrived to place an order and ask about the menu specials. A young man at the counter helped us select a special and gave us an estimated wait time. When we checked back, he told us our order would be ready in 4 minutes. He then personally brought our food to our table, along with paper plates and napkins, adding a thoughtful touch to our experience. The pizza and cheese sticks were steaming hot and delicious. We really appreciated the outstanding service. Thank you, Papa John's Pizza!

I received my online order incorrectly. When I called the store, they sent a replacement pizza, but it arrived burnt. To make matters worse, both pizzas were delivered by a DoorDash driver rather than an official Papa John’s employee, even though I ordered through the Papa John’s app. The food was cold and wasn’t delivered in a thermal pizza bag. I’m not sure if any Papa John’s locations use DoorDash for delivery, but I won’t be ordering from Papa John’s again.
Papa John's has truly earned its reputation. It's uncommon for fast food spots to get such high praise, but this place stands out! The restaurant is spotless, the staff warm and attentive, and the pizza tastes fresh. I drove 25 minutes to pick up the pizzas, and they were still fresh when I got home—and even the next day! I think we can all agree that’s a sure sign of great pizza. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 Torpizzens.

Incorrectly labeled as open when in fact it was temporarily closed. I have updated this entry into Google however the phone number is still active and will direct you to an alternate Papa John's about 15 minutes across town. They will still take yourorder so it's confusing when you go to pick it up and wind up at the wrong Papa John's because they're unclear about thesituation on the phone
It?s my first time ordering here. Order placed at 6:54, quoted delivery in 33-45 minutes. Multiple texts saying it?s going to be late. Finally get a text saying it?ll be delivered by DoorDash. It?s now 8:08, still no pizza. New delivery time is 8:18. Thiswas supposed to be the quick and easy choice for me to take a night off of cooking and feed my kids. Never ordering from hereagain.
Papa John's Pizza is one of the best I've ever tasted. They consistently deliver within 30 minutes, and the pizzas are always fresh and flavorful. On one occasion, they missed an item from my order but promptly fixed the error and even gave me a free pizza as a gesture. Their commitment to excellent customer service is impressive and hard to come by nowadays.
Order had already taken an hour and when we called the person who answered said it would be there ?sometime soon? we?re a house of people who have worked in food service so we are understanding but the complete lack of transparency and complete lack ofhonesty was a slap in the face.
