I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza with regular crust from this Papa John's via Uber Eats and paid nearly $20. Instead, I received a thin crust pizza with grilled chicken, pepperoni, and onions. When I called the restaurant, a woman named Mini answered and claimed she made the pizza and would send me the correct order. However, when I repeatedly asked for her name, she refused to tell me and hung up. I called back, she finally gave her name, and mentioned her manager would be in the next day or so. The service was terrible, and it's upsetting to think someone like that is preparing my food.
My friend and I just ordered from here, and it was my first time trying Papa John's, while it had been a while since my friend had ordered from them. Everything we received was hot, fresh, and delicious. They didn't miss anything in our order, and the prices were great, especially with the deals available on their app. My first experience with Papa John's was definitely a success, and we will certainly be ordering from them again! Additionally, the garlic sauce is fantastic!
I strongly recommend improving the online payment system for orders. I lost $55 because of persistent issues that have been ongoing since March 2022. I’m not willing to go out of my way to complete payments, so please fix this problem. If left unresolved, it could result in substantial revenue losses for Papa John’s overall. This issue isn’t just at this location; I believe it may have also played a role in the stock dropping below $100.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff appeared indifferent and even created a mess by handling the complimentary garlic sauce carelessly, resulting in spills all over the place. I was also taken aback by the quality of the pizza—it's hard to believe they can even call themselves a pizza place.

I stopped by Papa Johns to pick up an order for delivery, but the staff kept me waiting for 10 minutes before realizing they had given me the wrong item. While the menu offers several options, Long Island boasts many excellent pizza places, and unfortunately, Papa Johns isn’t among the best.
This is the best pizza restaurant! The pizza is exceptionally fresh and tasty. I'd rate it 7 stars for both the food and the fantastic staff!
The staff appeared somewhat confused, but ultimately they succeeded in preparing some surprisingly delicious dishes.
