This is the third time I've ordered a barbecue pineapple pizza with extra pineapple, only to find that at least three slices are completely missing any pineapple. I brought this issue to the manager's attention, and he insisted that it was extra pineapple. I asked him why three slices had no pineapple at all if that were the case. I showed him the slices and explained that this isn't how extra pineapple is served. He then told me that since I came in with a bad attitude, he would fix my pizza. I calmly let him know that I would speak to the owner and then left his establishment.
The first time I ordered from Papa Johns. I made an order to execute. I called to see if they could deliver it. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and could change my order for delivery. My order was delivered in less than 15 minutes! The delivery driver was very polite and friendly! The pizza and cheese sticks were very good. It was the best pizza I had. I will definitely order from them again soon! Go on!
Management at the Alabaster site is this msg for you. Please stop setting young, inexperienced people who have ZERO cust serv skills. The current COVID situation does not mean lowering the standard qualifications when setting. In other words, do not come as desperate.
The pizza at this Papa John's is consistently delicious; however, it’s unfortunate that the staff, including the manager, appear to lack proper customer service training.

Always a fresh hot pizza with Papa Johns in Alabaster! Kudos to a great product service. Give credit where credit is due!
30 minutes late so I called. They were nice and said the driver should be there soon. Well it ended up being a hour late.
The pizza is always delicious and is ready for pickup when we get there! The stuffed crust pizza is truly remarkable!

I ordered delivery and my order was missing some items. The customer service was poor and they didn't seem to care.
Always fast and always makes my order correctly. I highly recommend this particular location. No matter the time
