Papa John's Pizza

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like I have to share my experience. The last two times we ordered, we were told it would be a 30-minute delivery time, but both times it took almost an hour. Today, when I called after 50 minutes to ask about my pizza, I was told that the delivery person had left the store 25 minutes ago. We live less than 3 miles from the restaurant and ordered at 3pm when there is no traffic. I asked to speak to a manager, but nobody was available to talk to me. The person I spoke to just said they didn't know what to tell me. There was no apology or effort to find out where my pizza was. It was a very frustrating experience and we won't be ordering from them again. Despite giving them a lot of business over the years, I can't recommend them.

I've ordered from this Papa John's 5 times and not once did they get my order right. I think it's being done on purpose now because the last two times I order my pizza came uncut. I'll give you guys 1 star for the good laugh. Don't bring up complaints to this store unless you want to receive uncut pizzas or worst for the rest of your life.

The delivery service is usually reliable, but it’s odd that they stop accepting orders so early. If they’re open for delivery, why shut down the service early? It seems like they may be trying to avoid having to honor discounts or promotions.
