I ordered a Super Nacho at full price, but what I received was a small bowl with only a little bit of nachos. Additionally, be warned that they don't know how to make churros properly; they were cold and hard as a rock, and I ended up throwing them away despite paying $2.00 each. It's frustrating that they seem aware of the quality they are serving but simply don’t care. My favorite location is the Southside Paducah, where the food is consistently good and the staff is excellent! This will be my last visit to this particular location.
The customer service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing! I ordered some potatoes that were missing from my delivery, and when I contacted them, I was told I could either pick them up myself or put my name on a list. The staff member I spoke to was quite rude, so I decided to hang up. The manager was equally unfriendly. While the food is good, it just isn’t worth the hassle of dealing with such unhelpful staff. If I could, I would rate them half a star.
The food is really good as far as fast food goes. At all costs I suggest using the drive-thru. Everytime I've ever ordered ahead through the app it has been nothing but a headache. Even though its supposed to be faster they take on average about 15mins of parking to deliver you your food when it has already been done for 10. Whole lines cleared before I got mine. Fantastic! I'm a big fan of Taco John's. I had to drive a bit to get home, so they thoughtfully kept the hot and cold items separate for us. My wife was able to mix her own taco salad once we got home, and the chips stayed nice and crispy! They did an excellent job. I just went back again on 10/18/22, and the service and food were still outstanding.

Had never heard of a Taco John's so decided to stop by it gets bonus points for the value menu being cheap hefty portion sizes for the prices. Didn't like that we had to wait in line for forever but I'm sure they are short like everywhere right now. Food was hot fresh for the wait time.
The food is consistently great, and the service is quick, even with a staff that is somewhat short. The staff members are friendly too!
You forgot to include part of our order, and you also got another item completely wrong. I haven't returned since then.
The restaurant got my order wrong two times in a row, and then the cashier argued that this was how I had ordered it.

I prefer Taco Bell, but it's not a significant difference. The Potato Oles are way too salty for my taste.
Unique and unbeatable! You can't go wrong with a 6-pack of tacos and a pound of potatoes.
