We ordered a pizza and cheese bread on 11/12/22 and the guy says it would be 15/20 minutes. I waited and after 15 minutes I went back in and another guy looked for the pizza but said it will be ready soon I watched people who came in after me get their orders (they ordered in store also) and the guy who took my order gave 2 other people a discount and free pizza for their wait. It's fast food. Somedays it's good and others it's terrible. This 1 star is for the false advertisement. 1st they take an XL pizza and dump a bag of pepperoni on it and call it the Shaq pizza. Now they've taken the XL pizza and renamed it the NY style. There isn't ONE thing NY about this pizza. They can't even cut the darn thing in even proportions. The pizza was NOT foldable and it was bland. Stop changing the name of the XL pep and work on training your cooks. Papa Johns COULD be great. This ain't it.
Pizza was to be ready at 6:15. I got there and no one even acknowledged that I arrived. Finally someone came to help me. I paid and then waited. At 6:40 finally at 6 50 I asked them where it was and they said it was ready to come out of the oven. It was after 7 till it finally came out if the oven. Basically just terrible service.

The menu listed pepperoni as the first ingredient, but there wasn't a single slice on the pizza. Aside from that, it was good. However, this significant oversight led me to give a low rating. There were plenty of black olives and vegetables, but the amount of sausage was minimal, and there was absolutely no pepperoni at all.
My experience today was awful. First our pizza was sent to the wrong place. We ordered z big psps with pep and says toppings for 148 humbird street Cumberland md and they sent it to humingbird street in elkerslie md and then was gonna send it anyway cold.
I waited an entire year for the return of the Jack-o-lantern pizza, and it did not disappoint! I also enjoyed the football-shaped pizza with the cheese laces. The thin crust on both made them incredibly crispy.
Everything was hot and delicious! My 13-year-old son thinks the Doritos Cool Ranch Chicken Papadia and its sauce are amazing! My personal favorite was the OREO Cookie Papa Bites!
