I need to share a pleasant experience of this Papa John's location. I worked with General Manager Ivan for a big job for a school. I called in advance to put the order for a Saturday. Ivan was very helpful and took the order from myself to make sure that the details were entered correctly. He came to me this Saturday to let me know that the order was processed and when it was finished. As the school was over, I took the order and pulled the door. Ivan and his team were ready for me and loaded all pizzas in my trunk. Ivan and his team will do what they can help their customers. Because of this positive experience, I will return to this place to order again. Thank you. Ivan for help!
Been comes to this Papa Johns since they opened up. Whenever I get a great pizza, I make sure to type the exact person that made my order. Not so great today, so I don't tap the pizza manufacturers, but he told me something I found funny. With a straight face he told me that my pizza had hardly any cheese because the Jalepeno juices moved the cheese... (I suppose he's the GM Originally I thought he said that the juices suck the cheese, but he corrected me and said it just moved the cheese.... Comedy! In any case, this crew is great and usually, almost always, more common than not offering great pizza. I'll be back.
This Papa John's is a nice one. Food is good, orders are almost always correct, ready quickly. You can't beat the deals online. Papa's rewards are great. I got two free pizzas last time I ordered. Have run into a little bit of an issue lately with order accuracy...one pizza lacked a topping I ordered. But I stick with Papa johns for taste and value. I order Papa Johns when I don't feel like cooking. Their sauce is pretty good and they've got a decent variety of pizzas to choose from.
