I found the customer service to be completely unacceptable. I initially called to cancel my order after seeing that the tracker indicated my pizza would take TWO HOURS to arrive, so I opted to order from another place. However, the person who answered my call insisted that it would be delivered in thirty minutes or less. After 40 minutes had passed, I decided to call back to cancel, but as soon as I mentioned my name, I was told the pizza was on its way. Now, over an hour has gone by, and my kids are still hungry. The phone service could use some improvement, but when I arrived, the young man who assisted me was very polite. I wanted to leave him a tip, but he kept distracting me by asking if my card had a chip. Seriously! The chip has been standard in our cards for several years now. Why do merchants assume we don't know how to use them? I need to check your card reader because I genuinely want to give your employee a well-deserved tip, and I know how to read! On a positive note, the pizza was good and ready when I arrived. I’ll definitely be back to make sure that young man gets a proper tip.
I ordered delivery from Papa John's, which uses DoorDash for their delivery. The DoorDash driver showed up with only the garlic knots, claiming that was the large pizza I ordered. When I asked for clarification, he avoided answering and told me to contact Papa John's. Papa John's confirmed the driver had picked up the order, but since I only received half of it and the garlic knots were overcooked, I requested a refund. They told me to call DoorDash, but now DoorDash is directing me back to Papa John's. This whole situation is completely frustrating!
I always have a wonderful experience at this location. A few weeks ago, we were warmly greeted by everyone right away. The cashier was very helpful, taking the time to explain what was available without rushing us. The entire staff worked hard and displayed such a positive attitude. I spoke with the manager, who was clearly proud of his team. This is an outstanding group of people who truly deserve recognition. Thank you all! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but you’re all fantastic!

Terrible service. I will never dine or spend any money at this establishment again. They quoted me one price, and after I said I would pick it up, the price changed again. Despite the commercials aired on every channel, they still refused to honor the original price. Save your hard-earned money and choose a competitor instead. You'll be grateful for the advice later.
This used to be my favorite pizza spot in the neighborhood, but lately they seem severely understaffed and overwhelmed. Avoid ordering delivery from here. If you choose carry-out, be prepared to wait at least an hour for your pizza. Honestly, it’s better to skip this place altogether and order from Dagwood's across the street—they’re quicker and more local.
The always have friendly staff and good food. One of the few places I carry out since they’re all nice. I accidentally ordered this online when I was home (it’s where I order for our office) they cancelled it for me no problem. One of the few pizza delivery places where it’s always a pleasure
Excellent quality and terrific service, even with them being so short staffed, they always get it right. Please be patient with the crew, especially drivers, they are really trying their best but its hard to stay afloat when you don't have the manpower to operate smoothly.

I have never experienced such a disorganized restaurant. They misplaced our orders, brought us the wrong meals, and the wait times were much longer than we were informed. I highly advise steering clear of this location at all costs.
