Terrible. JAMES kept interrupting me and pretty much in a nice way calling me a liar that they rang the bell and knocked. I have full security in the house and door bell rings throughout the house. I ordered at 4:25pm it is 6:30"it said 30 min to bedelivered. Still no pizza. He has terrible customer service. No apology and then I was speaking to a wall. I work inhospitality so I know how to treat customers. I hope they do record calls and train especially JAMES. HE NEEDS HELP. Update justgot the pizza at 6:45pm Got it with a nasty receipt in the box. Unfortunately now I have to order another food. Update: 3 dayslater received an email from management about the incident. During my wait, a young woman in the back who was preparing the dough was making quite a ruckus, throwing trays around and being quite loud. I approached the older lady and expressed that we shouldn't have to endure such treatment since it wasn't our fault. She asked the young woman to calm down and mentioned that the orders were handled by a call center located in the Philippines. I haven't visited this Papa John's in years, and this experience, compounded by the long wait and the rude behavior of the younger employee (a blonde woman), has left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, my husband arrived just before the delivery and was getting changed when the driver showed up. He couldn't get to the door in time, and the driver started banging on our front door as if it were an emergency and shouting, “PAPA JOHNS!” When my husband finally opened the door, the driver was rude to him for not answering quickly enough. If the driver had just read the instructions I provided, he could have avoided all that frustration. I know I can file a complaint, but I don't expect to receive any response. I regret tipping in advance and I want my money back.

I want to commend you for the outstanding customer service I experienced today. I ordered a large pizza, half cheese and half Works, and to my surprise, I received two large pizzas—one cheese and one Works. The employee honored a special promotion even though I wasn't aware of it or asked for it. It was a delightful surprise! I always appreciate your quality. Thank you once again! I apologize for the delay in posting this. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for donating Papa John's Pizza to the Candlelight Vigil last night in memory of Kristen Nash and for delivering the pizzas. Your generosity and thoughtfulness are truly appreciated.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I waited two hours before I was informed that the driver could not deliver my pizza, and they never sent a replacement. On top of that, I was told that my refund would take 2-3 business days. The service was terrible.

I always receive exactly what I ordered, and it's ready for pickup in under 15 minutes! Which other pizza place can make dinner look that appealing? No one else, just Papa John's.
