The service at this Papa John’s is crap. In the last month I took pizzas back for a refund because they looked like they were thrown in the box. Just last night (11-5-24) I took pizzas back for a refund because first they were the wrong pizzas and when remade they looked like crap. I was smart this time and paid with cash. I took my refund and went down the street to Dominos. Furthermore, the dude at the counter with hair extensions is unprofessional and actually had the audacity to try to intimidate me when I said I’d like a refund. Just avoid this place and get your pizza elsewhere.
This particular papa johns is run by a bunch of wild kids... The few times I've been in I was shocked by how rambunctious the workers were. Once two of the counter workers were rolling around on the ground tustling, with flour all on their clothes; they did stop after a moment when they took notice to me waiting there to speak with someone. I honestly wouldnt trust that bunch to be courteous, make the food properly, or most of all be clean. Note I'm a 22 year old guy, not some older karen type of person. They were this bad for me to feel the need to warn people lol
Fifty dollars for two tiny, disgusting pizzas? We ordered two heart-shaped pizzas. They were $25 apiece and the size of a personal pizza. (We get about four times the amount of pizza from Slowrise, Little Caesars, Morosos, Marcos, and others). The crust was burned on both of them. The toppings were gross. I've never had a worse pizza or paid that much. Papa Johns took advantage of us and price gouged us. My family will never order Papa Johns from any location for the rest of our lives. This was a horrible experience that I will never forget.

Order was not what I ordered. The garlic sauce was busted and pretty much soaked the whole pizza. Awful service. Management needs to get this location fixed
