I received the wrong item with my order. When I called to report it, I was told that the driver would come to exchange the incorrect item. It seems like Papa John must own this specific location, as the person behind the counter is incredibly dedicated and is always on duty! He's a genuinely nice guy who makes excellent pizza and provides exceptional service all around. My favorite pizza for movie night is the Mount Sinai Papa. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they even remembered my regular order! The pizza is always cooked to perfection, exactly the same every time. I've never had a complaint at this location.
