Don’t order here you will never get your pizza! I ordered a pizza at 8:30 PM and at 9:20PM, I noticed a car pull up to my apartment. The driver got out, came into the building and ran back out and jumped in the car and left. I ran to the door to see if they just left pizza at the door, but when I opened it, there wasn’t any pizza. I called them to make sure they were on the way. They told me that, that delivery was someone else’s and ours has not left yet. 9:47PM came around and I called again, they informed me that my pizza is on its way. What? 10:00PM and the pizza is still not here!!! We called them again and they told us “ your pizza has already been delivered” then they quickly give us...
I waited 30 minutes for my pizza. Other people arrived after me, ordered, and that took 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. It's not fair. I asked for a refund, then went to Little Ceaser, and they didn't even wait for me for a minute. When they already had the pizza, I don't recommend going to Papa John's, especially if you're Hispanic. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Ordered 35 pizzas online before they opened and they were all ready by 11:45 when I requested. Entire order was correct, hot, and tasty! Great service and they also gave us plates, napkins, cheese and pepper packets.
