I’ve ordered from this Papa John's multiple times during poker nights with my friends, and sadly, every order has been incorrect. The toppings are often wrong or the pizza is undercooked. I tried contacting the store several times, but the manager never returned my calls. As a business owner myself, I found this lack of professionalism disappointing. After many unsuccessful attempts to reach the manager, I contacted the corporate office and spoke with Liz. I typically love the tasty pizza and fast delivery from this restaurant, but I was shocked to see that my order was estimated to arrive in 146 minutes when I checked the tracker. I placed my order at 7:55 PM, and now it's 9:23 PM with no sign of my food. It's not a holiday, and the weather is fine. I live very close to the restaurant, yet the tracker still shows my order as "preparing" and not even in the oven.
I had a wonderful experience during my visit to the restaurant. It’s a compact and easily accessible place. The parking lot is spacious, and the selection of products is impressive. The side dishes were delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The pizzas were tastier than I expected, and this was my first time trying this brand. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
The order took nearly two hours to arrive. When it finally did, the pizza was barely warm. We tried calling the store to check on the status of our order, but nobody answered the phone. The pizza was not up to the quality that Papa John's advertises.

At Papa John's Pizza, I enjoyed the Parmesan Crusted Create Your Own Papadia with Italian sausage and meatball fillings, and it was absolutely delicious. The Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites on the menu were also very flavorful.
I placed a pizza order 30 minutes prior to arriving at Papa John's Pizza, but later called to cancel it. The service was poor, and I wasn’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience.
It's a blend of Chuck E. Cheese pizza and Domino's pizza, and that's about it.
The Philly Cheesesteak Papadia was absolutely amazing.
