Papa John's Pizza

Ordered my pizza online with an estimated wait time of 60 minutes which I didn't mind the wait. Called the store to check the status of my order because it was coming up on 2 hours AND I never received my order. I spoke w/Chris, the manager apparently, and he was nothing short of rude poor customer service. I politely asked 3 times for a refund b/c I not only waited 2 hours but the pizza never arrived. Chris just told me he's not giving me a refund. So I basically paid for a pizza I never received.

I ordered the last months here and they always got my orders right. unfortunately they gave me jalapeno poppers with speck tonight. by simple jalapeno poppers. since I don't eat meat they're wasting. very disappointed especially as I gave the driver an additional cash tip because I tried to be remarkable.

second time in a row delivery below the road over 30 minutes. do not understand why 2 blocks last so long? when they first go to goodyear, they simply leave my pizza in the restaurant and pick it up on the way back instead of taking it all the exhaustion

Been ordering from this location for a while and the pizza and wings are always on point, I always order for carry out cause it’s much quicker. Appreciate the Team members there for their hard work.

Great location. The pizzas are always hot and do as I like. They don't skip. Very friendly. Had a problem with ordering the wrong items and they fixed it for me without trouble.
