The parking lot was nearly full, but there were no customers waiting inside the restaurant. It appeared that there were at least 5 employees working. I had already placed and paid for my order online. When I arrived at the register, no one acknowledged my presence. A woman in the back glanced at me but didn't say anything. A man walked by me without acknowledging me or appearing busy. After 3 minutes, another man finally said he would be with me shortly. A few minutes later, he printed my order and placed it in front of me without saying anything. He didn't offer a pen for me to sign the receipt, so I had to get my own. I ordered 1 pizza and a side of wings for delivery around 8:30 pm on Saturday night. It took approximately 3.5 hours for the delivery to arrive. According to the online order tracker, the food had been prepared and left on a heat shelf for about 3 hours. At around 11:45 pm, I received a call from the driver asking if I still wanted my order. I confirmed, and he finally arrived shortly before midnight. The pizza was clearly old and tasted stale, as if it had been left over from a previous party and simply reheated. Then, around 1:15 am, another delivery driver showed up at my door with more food. It was a confusing and disappointing experience.

Not sure what was in the air tonight. But whatever crew was on duty today was on the spot. By far the best tasting papa johns pizza I remember! 3 large orders and picked up. My only complaint would be that they should let boys listen to some music in their backs, so quiet everything you could hear was the fans! I'd be crazy!

Last time I ordered a pizza, she never arrived. I had to call three times before I could talk to a manager. Once he refunded my money, but no excuse, no excuse for the inconvenience. Bad customer service . Totally ruined pizza night with 5 friends waiting for the pizza.

The pizza was good on this occasion. I took advantage of a special deal online and paid only $8 for my entire order. While I still prefer the flavor of Pizza Hut, Papa John's offers a better price.
