Honestly, this is the best restaurant experience I've ever had. I ordered what I thought was a large cheese thin crust pizza well-done, but when it arrived, it was an original crust. Since I only enjoy crispy pizza, I called to explain the situation. The staff member I spoke to checked my order and realized I had made a mistake. Without hesitation, she said, "No problem, I'll send you out the pizza exactly how you like it." I was truly impressed by how quickly and willingly they addressed an issue that was clearly on my end—or possibly my phone’s. I ordered the new Italian and meatball Papadia, and they were delicious—very pizza-like and full of flavor! I may have mentioned the pizza aspect twice! The Italian Papadia had all the flavors I love in an Italian-style pizza. I'm saving the meatball Papadia for tonight's storm, along with a small bottle of Fireball. I'm sure it will taste amazing as well!

On September 1, 2022, at 10:53 AM, I had a disappointing experience when I called the restaurant. The woman who answered the phone was quite rude and unfriendly. She didn’t say thank you for calling or offer a pleasant goodbye—she just hung up abruptly. It feels like customer service is lacking at so many places these days.

It's Papa John's; you either enjoy it or you don't. What truly sets this location apart is the fantastic team working here. If the franchise is reading this, you should take pride in them. Make sure to take care of such valuable employees, as they're hard to come by. Reserva una mesa ahora

The manager on duty, I think her name Emily was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on the pizzas I ordered. Over all amazing customer service. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

You usually do a great job, but I have to mention that with rising prices, a cheese pizza should actually have cheese on it.

The breadsticks didn't have any garlic Parmesan on them; they were just ordinary breadsticks.
