I've visited this place many times because it's so close to my home. I like to use the app to order, and my food is always ready by the time I arrive. The staff is friendly, and the food is tasty.

The service at this restaurant is truly disappointing. I placed an order last night and used the Papatracker app, which indicated that it had been delivered. After about 15 attempts to call the store, someone finally answered and informed me that the driver had left a while ago. While I was still on the line with them, I received a voicemail from the driver stating that he was outside and had to leave, but when I checked, there was no one on my porch. This restaurant used to offer decent pizza, but that's no longer the case. I would rather eat frozen pizza from the dollar store, as it tastes and feels better than what I got from Papa John's. The pizza I ordered had too little sauce and toppings, and when I tried to customize my order online, the price was much higher than the regular price. We won't be coming back to this location anytime soon since we've found a better option on El Toro Road. The quality of Papa John's has declined, and their prices have gone up.
It's impossible to know if this restaurant is open. When ordering a pizza for delivery online, it arrives at 11 a.m. the next day. Trying to cancel the order is a nightmare since their website doesn’t allow cancellations, and you can't reach anyone by phone—they either put you on hold indefinitely or don’t answer. We are completely frustrated with Papa John's! This has happened far too often.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza from Papa John's and they got my order wrong. Instead of the toppings I requested, they put different toppings on the pizza. I had to wait 45 minutes for it to be delivered, and when I called to complain, they offered to send me a replacement pizza but said I would have to wait another 45 minutes. I do not recommend Papa John's at all!
Ordered a Shaq-a-roni pizza today for lunch. The order and delivery took about what the app said it would. The driver was very nice and even surprised me by bring plates and pepper packets. The pizza was very hot and very good. Will definitely order it again,
Great experience at this location, food was delicious and the store was well organized and clean from the front view. The manager on duty Silvia was friendly and helpful with providing plates,napkins etc. Great prices on pizza deals is a plus also.?
The nearest Papa John's to me doesn’t open until 3 PM!? Even if you preorder, the earliest pickup time is 4 PM?? That’s a sure way to lose customers...

This Papa John's location is likely the best one around. The service is fast and efficient, and the pizza remains warm and delicious.
