Order for pick up and when I got my food the lady Maria (manager) was already aggressive. Went inside and said the name of the order she came with only 2 boxes nothing else, asked for cheese and pepper which she quickly responded they are right in front of me. Ok, then I asked for RANCH and Garlic and she said 1 comes in each box more would cost extra, so I said ok I'm fine with just 1 in each box. I come home to find out that it was only garlic in each box and one of the pizzas was not even cut. The manager kept insisting that I never mentioned I wanted ranch but I think she was just trying to rush me out of there. Upon entering the restaurant, a loud ring can be heard. However, nobody greeted me or asked me why I was there. There were two workers present, with one wearing earphones and ignoring the customers. The other worker did not even turn around from her task. I wondered where the manager and leadership were, as the store seemed to be poorly run. Eventually, the worker with earphones asked me what I needed, but by then my food order was already cold and sitting out. This was one of the worst Papa John's experiences I have had, which is surprising as their service is usually better than this.
A disappointing experience I've ever had to get pizza LMAO. My friend and I arrived at 10pm on Saturday, the door and the website said they close at 12am. So, we expected that would be more than enough time to grab some pizza but the door was locked and they told us that they were closed/weren't taking orders??? so we went to the papa johns in Lakewood and they were open and took our order without problem idk, felt like complaining to corporate but I'll just leave a sad guys review. I just wanted pizza man.
Ordered a pizza at 5:10 pm for my kids and it's 5:55pm. Tried calling the store from the website and they don't have their phone set up.. I ordered it delivered so I can't even call the store to see what's up with the order. When I ordered it said it should be ready within 30 mins and it's now 45 mins.. very unfortunate. Will NOT be ordering from papa John's anymore. Will be ordering from Pizza Hut. Only ordered from here to try the new stuffed garlic crust. Lesson learned.

I ordered the Twix Bites at this restaurant. It mainly tasted like caramel, butter, and dough. There was a lot of caramel, but some pieces had a burnt sugar flavor due to overcooking. I decided to try them after seeing a TikTok influencer rave about them and show the abundance of chocolate, but unfortunately, I didn't taste any chocolate in mine. The bites also didn't seem to be filled with enough Twix as expected.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! I ordered a pizza and it had hair in it. When I called to complain, they said they don't offer refunds, only remakes. Eat here at your own risk.
Got the Twix Bites due to social media, and they were not matching the social media post I saw. I feel like it was mostly caramel and not enough chocolate. I also got burned sugar pieces.
Night time staff doing a fantastic job. Realistic on expectations but had my large order ready for me for pick up when expected. Keep up the good work!

Had this pizza last night and have had a bad stomach ache and sorry to say THE RUNS all night long! I mean what the heck? Be careful eating there
The staff is really nice and friendly. My pizza was ready less than 15 minutes. Try their specials it wirth it.
