I picked up two pizzas before the anticipated 3-inch Thundersnow, around 3:30 PM: a large epic stuffed crust and a medium one. It was clear that the store was slow during my visit. I frequent this place every couple of weeks, and I've noticed that the staff seems to change frequently—perhaps it's a training location. I was greeted by three or four employees. The quality and presentation of the two pizzas were better than usual. The rising prices are causing me to eat less, allowing me to extend the leftovers into more meals. Maybe this will be my secret to losing weight!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The app estimated a delivery time of 49 to 50 minutes, but after waiting for 2 hours, we decided to cancel the order. Just 25 minutes later, the delivery person finally arrived with the pizza, which was cold. We had ordered half pepperoni and mushroom, and half beef and onion, but it was neither half-and-half nor did it have beef; instead, it had sausage. The service was very poor, and I definitely do not recommend ordering from this place! If I could give a negative star rating, I would choose -3 stars.
The delivery driver was excellent, but unfortunately, the pizza didn’t meet my expectations. I’m giving one star for the driver and another for the pizza arriving hot. The main problem was that the pizza was undercooked and had a chewy consistency. We have always chosen this location for its friendly staff and good food, but today I am quite disappointed. I called the store to report the undercooked pizza, and the employee mentioned it was unusual since it’s supposed to be on a timer. I suppose I’ll have to bake it a bit longer myself.
However, I decided to wait on the steps for the driver since I had a bad experience with this store before. When the driver arrived, she was friendly, but unfortunately, she didn't have my soda. She mentioned that she had specifically asked if there was a drink with my order. While it may seem like a minor issue, after two disappointing experiences, I think I'll look for a different place to order from in the future. I only chose to return to this store today because none of the Domino's locations in my city are currently delivering.

I ordered pizza from Papa John's at 11:44 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 38 minutes. It's now 1:15 AM, and my pizza still hasn't arrived. I called and spoke with a man who said it would be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes. When I mentioned the original delivery estimate, he explained that they only have one driver and he forgot to update the delivery time online. I asked if my pizza would be cold, and he assured me it wouldn’t be since it was coming straight out of the oven. However, my pizza still hasn't been delivered.

The restaurant was fairly quiet, and it appeared that there were new staff members each time I visited. However, to my surprise, the quality of the pizzas exceeded my expectations. I've also noticed that prices have been increasing, which has encouraged me to eat less and save leftovers for another time. Maybe this will help me lose a few pounds!
The restaurant is located in an excellent area with easy access. I was truly impressed by the quick and attentive service, as well as how quickly my pizza was prepared. The toppings and sauce were perfectly balanced, making every bite as delicious as the last. The garlic crust dipping sauce was a wonderful addition.
The manager, Clay, provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. He went above and beyond to resolve a minor issue I had when I first started ordering from this location regarding delivery. Since then, everything has been smooth, and I can't thank him enough!
