Papa Johns Pizza

You would think that a pizza joint would be used to busy Saturday nights, but I guess this one hasn't figured it out yet.I ordered and had to wait two hours for the notification to say it was on its way. When I went out to meet the delivery guy he drove off, so I got in my truck and headed to the store.Apparently after two hours they still had forgotten two boxes of my order. I then had to wait in the store in my pajamas for the delivery guy to come back and give me the pizza and the store to give me my two other boxes.Only to open the box and see that my pizza looks like this.I'd I highly suggest new management and new employees for this location because they are obviously not used to the pizza delivery hustle.

Driver had an unprofessional negative attitude I order thin crust pizza and I requested it be be cut into squares it was NOT...my daughter's Papadia was very under cooked and the hot lemon pepper bites were cold in the middle then driver had the nerve to expect a tip with his nasty unpleasant attitude they need to do better I wish I wouldn't have tipped at all don't think I'll be ordering anything else from here anymore I remember back in the day this particular location was way better than this smh no positive attitudes in that place no good customer service at all

Placed a delivery order on Saturday the 28th at 12:40 PM. My order was not delivered until 2:45 PM. Not only that but the pizza was cold and the driver was rude. Makes me wonder if that pizza was made at 1pm and sat for almost two hours. Called the store and no one answers the phone. Whatever is going on at this location you should address it. You have a great product but none of that matters if you can’t deliver it in a timely manner. I’ll be ordering from Marcos from now on. Delivers in less than 30 minutes every time.

they stop delivering to me because I complained about my pizza being wrong , which it was . They had to bring a new pizza and took the other pizza back to throw in the trash . Driver insisted to give him a bigger tip for him delivering . I’m highly upset people can’t be

Pizzas always arrive cold and kind of thrown together. Also, the girl who answers the phone is racist and rude.
