Papa Johns Pizza - Reserva de mesa

This Papa John's store has no competence. After ordering my food getting the updates, it showed my food was delivered. I called to say my food hadn't arrived. The guy on the phone said that the driver is on his way. Mistake #1. Mistake #2, the driver shows up, doesn't get out of the car calls me three times not noticing that I'm standing in the doorway of my apartment trying to get the idiot's attention. All he had to do was get out of the car and I would have told him to come my way. But no, moron put the car in drive and drove off without looking toward my apartment door, or even giving me my food. It was the worst time ever I called and I gold the half chicken and half cheese and they said wait 30/40 min and I said OK 1hr later I became concerned and called them and they told me that there running behind and I shrug it off like nothing happens so I called them a second time and they said there two min away then I called them agian after 10min wondering where my driver was at and when I called them they said this is dominos I was soo fed up so then I went and cancwl my order and they said the manager already cancled it and we asked them if we can talk to the manager but they said no i was reading some review before I wrote Mine and there really simmalar to this review I posting so pls...

I ordered at 8:41 pm 1 pizza and i was told that it would take 30 minutes, no problem, an hour later i was called and they told me they are 2 minutes out, after two minutes i waited another 30 minutes and no one answered my call, not the driver or the store, they answered one time and said they were dominos and then hung up trying to joke around with me, then when i called to make another order and asked to speak to the manager, they told me the manager canceled my order and didn’t have the decency to even let me know, i will never trust this papa john’s after what they put me through many repeated times. Worst experience ever.

The big chubby male staff making the pizza on 9/4 is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. Learn how to address your customers, maybe by saying, could you please . I am not your employee. Do not act like a boss. He had the nerve to confront me, when I was patiently waiting over 15 minutes for the food. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great Pizza, had the right amount of sauce and cheese...the chicken was basted in buffalo sauce just perfect...also gave me an extra ranch dip when I requested! Will never go back to Domino's.

We order 2 pizzas, one was Hawaiian the other one just pineapple, that was burned and every slice of pizza had just 2 little pieces of pineapple .

Pizza was good, the place was out of utensils and it was just the beginning of the day. Service was slow, even with tip on a pickup order.

Service is terrible, specially on the weekends. They are always undermanned and orders pile up.
