The driver got lost and we never received our pizza. She called us with an attitude and frustrated because she was lost. I called the store they said they would call the driver and get back to me. 40 min later I call the store just to find out they completely cancelled the order and never notified me. I speak to the manager and ask her to remake the pizza and I will come to pick it up. She tells me to reorder the pizza as a carry out order at full price. I call to get the managers name to file a formal complaint and get hung up on 5 times. Stay far away from this store. The employees lack professionalism, customer service skills, extremely rude, and could care less about their job.
I am not sure how to start tbh. Okay I just ordered 1 medium cheese pizza I paid and waiting on my pizza I mentioned three time not to cut my pizza than this lady showed me clean cutter from far and I said okay. Now when pizza was ready and when I checked there was piece on pepperoni in it. So I showed it to her and she literally thrown that pizza on ground while yelling make this pizza again. Now I understand it's been busy and you guys are tired but is this professional way to handle situation? I asked for my refund and left. And never coming back if they don't appreciate their customers. I even tip'em. I'd not recommend this place to anyone but you are your uwn judge.
As a mom with a 3-year-old who believes that pizza is everything right now, having a late-night drive-thru option is a huge advantage! The pizza is consistently cooked to perfection. Tiona (I hope I spelled her name correctly) always provides exceptional customer service. I’m not sure if the nighttime team is always the same, but they really know what they're doing. This is the only Papa John’s I’ve been going to for the last three months. Other locations, which are a bit closer, haven't been baking the pizza thoroughly, so I’ll continue to come here!
I just ordered from here and my pizza wasn’t not done the pizza was all gooey and slimy and when I called to speak to a manager they kept hanging up on me never again will I order from this papa johns in Brooklyn won’t get my money again got my whole family throwing up off this pizza

Horrible service, I've called 15x no answer. Pressed optio. (5) 15x rings then hangs up. I spend $40 on 2 pizzas, 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage. I received 2 cheese. No response and option 3 transfers me to the location which doesn't answer. I want a immediate refund. Asap!!!!

Came in and was introduced to a friendly staff that took my service in a timely manner. They was very clean and cooperative with my food and it was severed within seconds!
Order sits in the driver's car for an hour, everything comes cold. Refuse to give any type of credit either. Very poorly run store. I suggest Pizza Hut or Dominos.
