I am staying in a hotel in another state than I live. After a long drive and waiting through two different but significant accident hold ups, we decided to call and order a pizza from Papa Johns. There isn't one near where we live and we really like their pizzas. So, I call the number that comes up when you enter Papa Johns LaGrange, KY in Bing... I get someone that speaks broken English, talks too fast and interrupts me... I can hardly understand him, I had to raise my voice to get him to be quiet and left me finish telling him my toppings. I haven't even received the food yet but I will never, ever order from Papa John's again even if when the food arrives it is fabulous... never, again...
I had a great experience at The LaGrange Store! When I slipped and fell during the delivery of my last pizza, the manager personally came to check on me to make sure I was okay. The service was exceptional! And to top it off, the pizzas were delicious. We will definitely be coming back again and will not order from anywhere else. Thank you so much!
I opt for papa John's on a regular because everytime I call dominos noone ever answers I'll be one the phone for 20 minutes and I know you think why stay on the phone that long anyway but after 10 minutes you think hell I want them to answer now to tell them how unprofessional this is. Papa John's always answers and if perfect everytime.
I’ve ordered from here twice in the past month, and the pizza slices are completely inconsistent. Some slices are an inch wide, while others are around three inches. It feels like a blind person is cutting these pizzas! Please do better, or I’ll have to switch to your competitor.

I put an order in the load and told the cashier that I had to run into another while cooking. she assured me that it would happen in 15-20 minutes. I run my care and come back 30 minutes later and they even started it. had to wait 30 minutes. no reason. with intention.
pizza and wing online order. armed if said - exactly on time. driver was very nice. Eat was good! we were in the local hampton inn overnight and had no teller. no problem! they delivered many paperboards and serviettes! nice! tks papa John’s
I ordered 2 NY style Pizzas I thought they came with pepperoni to find out when I got home it was only darn cheese who sit up in eat a cheese pizza the commercial showed different
Always on time and always hot! I’ve been waiting to get something for free, but I guess that won't happen. However, the great service and delicious pizza make up for it!

I done came here 3 times this week and the food was hot fresh every time. The cashiers was attentive greeting you soon as you walked in. They even moved with urgency.
Best pizza in town. My pizza is sometimes delivered earlier than stated but never late. The amount paid per person was low because I used my $10 Reward money.
