He seemed like he couldn’t hear me properly, repeatedly asking for my address and name. When the clock hit 1:00, he asked for my card number but didn’t confirm it by repeating it back. After processing, he said my card didn’t go through. I offered to repeat the information, but he just said, "Oh, the problem is the load is now closed." Meanwhile, other staff laughed in the background and made no effort to help. I’m really surprised that Papa John’s hires people like this. I just wanted to enjoy a meal but ended up dealing with adults acting like children. Thanks, Papa John’s.
I ordered two pizzas on 07/03/2022 at 11:50 AM and ended up waiting until 1:08 PM. The tracker said the food had been delivered, but the driver was nowhere to be found. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Papa John’s. I often order at night hoping for a better experience, but they consistently disappoint. I called for 30 minutes straight, and the manager just kept putting me on hold. If you’re looking to donate money to Papa John’s without actually receiving your food, then this is the location for you, because they clearly don’t care about their customers.
I ordered a pizza that arrived ice cold, with overcooked meatballs and way too many banana peppers. The cheese had an odd, almost powdery texture. For dessert, I had a large chocolate chip cookie that was greasy and flavorless, resembling something made with lard rather than butter. I was really disappointed, as I was looking forward to trying this popular pizza brand. Honestly, it was the worst pizza I've ever had. I do wish the restaurant success in their future endeavors.
I waited an hour for a delivery at 9 PM. I had placed two orders from the same restaurant within a 30-minute window for two different people. To my surprise, the second order arrived before the first one. The manager seemed to be unaware of the two separate orders.

I recently visited Papa John's to pick up a large pizza I had ordered online while visiting my brother in New Jersey. The pizza was ready as promised in 30 minutes, and I was warmly welcomed when I arrived. I paid with cash and left a tip. The pizza was delicious!
The customer service at this restaurant is quite poor. The manager shouldn’t be engaging with customers, much less managing a franchise. The delivery driver is rude and seems to think they are doing me a favor by bringing the food.
The pizza maker, Brandoz, was extremely rude and didn't take the time to explain any of the deals. The owners should take responsibility for ensuring their employees behave appropriately.
I really enjoyed my meal, which included the Doritos Cool Ranch Beef Papadia and the Garden Veggie Papa Bowl. It was a delightful experience that truly made my day brighter.

I spent $20 on a pizza that was soggy and not fully cooked. If you're looking for a good pizza, I would recommend going to a traditional pizzeria instead.
The Doritos Cool Ranch Steak Papadia was awesome! Very tasty! A very good alternative to a pizza pie.
