"After an hour and 15 minutes I called the store to see where my order was they said their online system was down for a while. I asked how long before the Pizza gets here they said it was on its way. I asked are you making now or is it on it’s way. They said no it’s on its way now. It’s now been 2 hours and the pizza is still now here. The store is 7 minutes from my house (with traffic). This was my 1st and last time ordering from Papa Johns."

The worst experience ever! Never go back to this location, despite the fact I love PapaJohns pizza. We have ordered 3 pies around 12:45 PM and the pizza not arrived even after an hour, so we called to check since the kids were waiting hungry! Shop rep picked up and said the pizza will be delivered in 15 minutes, waited for 45 minutes after that phone call and pizza not there yet, calling again and again they were telling some stupid reasons and most of the times they hung up the phone. Even though I put instructions for delivery (where the suite was what the name of the business is), the food was not brought to me. Instead the driver called from his car. I then had to walk all the way out to his car and he handed me my food through the window. I wish I had not tipped in advance. THEN to top that off, I get back to my office and open my pizza box to find the wrong pizza. I ordered a Spicy Italian and received plain cheese. At least they remembered the garlic dipping sauce. I

Never again. Reported them to corporate. Pizza and wings were cold. Driver was too busy talking on his phone to even acknowledge me (I felt like saying, I guess who ever you are talking to can tip you, instead. and I always tip 20% and was very rude. He almost forgot to have me sign the receipt since I had used a debit card. Wings were unsauced when I had ordered buffalo (I even checked the receipt and it said buffalo on it as well as the box but no sauce was on them! The pizza bad been bur

It could not get worse A BUG in my fresh pizza! even though I had not so good experience with the store , I used to pick the pizza from here since Papa Johns was my favorite. I bought the pizza last Wednesday and found a fly deep inside the cheese . Have some pictures uploaded I called up papa john's that day itself to complain the customer service rep to all the details and he told me that somebody from their team will get in touch with me in 48 hrs but nobody has contacted me yet .
