I ordered three pizzas for my family over 2 1/2 hours later, on the app it showed my order wouldn’t be delivered for an additional hour! So I drove to the store all they did was canceled my order with NO pizza. If workers aren't available then delivery should be closed and notified customers can pick up the orders in a timely manner. This done it for me. I will not support such a company with rude employees. If papa John’s is a must, drive to Harrisonburg. Bridgewater isn’t work your family starving.
Worst service you can possibly get! If you want your pizza to take 10 years and arrive freezing cold then order from them. They have been giving the worst service around and I’m so done ordering from here! So horrible! The whole family was starving I ordered the pizza hours agooooooooo and I had to make dinner and we already ate and it’s still NOT HERE!!!!!!!! I don’t care how short staff you are at least let the customer KNOWWWWWWWWW!
Since they switched back to delivering themselves instead of using a third-party service, nothing has been late or messed up! The staff has consistently corrected any rare mistakes that occurred over the past six months. The pizzas have arrived earlier than expected and were so hot that they needed to cool down for a few minutes! Kudos to the UK team for their improvements!
can be ordered separately. came more like light. delivery is consistent 30 plus minutes too late. probably will not order again from this place

The restaurant is now under new management, and I must say that the food tonight was significantly improved compared to before.
In the name of God get new pizza cutters please... I shouldn't have to own a pizza cutter to order a pizza out.
So its under new management and I have to say tonight the food was so much better than before.
Not sure what is going on at this location recently but service here isn't what it used to be.
