However, at 6:40 PM, Chloe mistakenly tried to deliver the food to my neighbors. My son had to flag her down for her to finally deliver our food. When the pizza arrived, it was ice cold, as were the breadsticks, wings, and jalapeño rolls—everything needed to be warmed up, including the garlic sauce. This has happened to me twice now. It seems they wait until they have more than three orders before going out for deliveries. I could understand this if they didn’t charge for delivery, but since I have to pay $5.00 for delivery (it’s only 1.3 miles from Papa John’s to my house), I expect to receive hot food in a reasonable timeframe—not to wait two hours for cold pizza. On my most recent visit to this location, there were some serious problems.When I arrived I was informed they were remaking my pizza, the reason was they forgot to put cheese on it.I will not call this a management problem because it was due to a single employee who is definitely below average in his work abilityIn fact while I was waiting for my pizza a second pizza came out of the oven with no cheese on it.I would be willing to bet that was the employee's last day at papa John's.. Last few times not been good then the hours changed as I try to give another try Merritt Island and Cocoa stores closed over an hour before it says and used to b open till 12:30 now 11 called at 9:30 a machine picked up stating for both locations beingclosed! Now stuck without dinner bcuz only pizza chain we like.

I ordered from the website only to be sent to a callcenter. I was told my pizza was here in 27 37 minutes. an hour later I got a big pizza with a high price. when I called the place to ask why it was not delivered, as I said, she asked me what she should do about it? absolutely terrible. they told me it was a 40-minute waiting time, and we waited for an hour and 45 minutes. called twice, and the second time one said to my husband that they would go into my neighborhood. lied to us. still waiting and it's about 2 hours. never order again.

When I called to order a pizza, my call was routed to the Philippines. I had trouble understanding the person on the line, and I was informed that my pizza wouldn't be ready for pick-up at 12:30, even though I called at 11:30. I will not be ordering from them again.

wings, pizza and garlic knots are so good. make sure that the wings are well cooked and get the pizza with the filled crust. this location is always very fast at pick-up and delivery orders.
