Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I work a full time job and have a 2 year old. When I get off work, I order online to pick up my pizza in the drive thru when I near getting home and picking up my toddler from daycare. To say I depend on the drive thru is an understatement. So when I come there on Halloween, after having placed an online order hoping to pick it up in the drive thru, I saw a sign on their drive thru window saying it was not optional come around. So I try to call to explain my circumstances and the phone goes directly to voicemail!! So now I went from frustrated to angry. I could have gone in and had them walk out, but I was feeling sick and my toddler runs so it wasnt an option. I was hoping I could call and...

Papa Murphy 's has been a longtime take and bake pizza option, one of which as a franchise semi-recently added some newer menu options; with that being said, this location had on point customer service, which is a huge plus!Be sure to opt-in for using the offered app, while deals are not nearly as competitive as other chains currently utilize, it is better than not using any at all!Portion sizes and menu pricing have changed over the years, just something to make a record of, as far as places to eat in Rexburg are concerned though if you are staying in this is definitely one of the better options.

I hate leaving bad reviews… but we were so genuinely disappointed. We walked in(we were the only ones there) and we were told they would be right with us. We said ok and happily waited. 5 minutes passed. Then 15. We waited almost 20 minutes and not a single person helped us out. There were 2 employees singing and joking together, then 1 girl up front playing on her phone by the register. We just got up and left at that point.

Papa Murphy's is just plain good pizza and this place is pretty quick and in a good location.
