Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I love a good Papa Murphy's pizza but I can't stand this location. We live close by so we frequent here for family dinner. Recently the service has been terrible. They are always understaffed, always behind on orders... you get a time, and then another time, and then another time to WAIT. I get it, we're all struggling with stadfing. But there's never any apology or effort to make it right. The terrible service is just expected. I made myself a promise that I'll drive further to a different location just to avoid the bad experience and terrible service.

The fact that you get the pizza and a side but you have to take it home and bake them yourself and for more money than if going to Domino's or Pizza Hut where the pizza and sides are hot and fresh and ready to eat plus the crust and toppings taste a lot better quality than Papa Murphy's. The garlic monkey bread wasn't the greatest either. Maybe next time will be better. I'm sorry I couldn't give a better review. Thank you for trying though, Papa Murphy's, I'm sure you still satisfy your other customers.

This location is the closest to where I live, without fail everytime I place an order, it is behind schedule. Today is the last time I order from this location. I placed an order for ASAP pick up at 603, with eta 634. It's now 726 and my order (2 pizzas) still isn't ready. I stood at the register for 10 minutes before someone aknowledged me to ask about my order. There are at least 3 employees here right now. I will gladly drive further away to get my food at a decent time.

Not one time have they gotten my pizza done on time. At minimum I have to wait fifteen minutes past the time I am told it will be ready. As I type this I am at 20 minutes of waiting for my pizza that was supposed to be done when I arrived. Not coming back anymore.

I always order for pickup online. Sometimes if you walk in you could have a long wait. Save yourself time and do the online
