Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Ordinarily, this Papa Murphy's is great. They (usually) have friendly staff and it's (usually) a quick and easy dinner. Tonight's order with them, however, really has me questioning if I want to come back. The service was sub-par. The person named Amy really needs to step up. Going through mechanically and telling each customer that it will be 20 minutes without checking, and then finding out that the pizzas we called in have been sitting there the whole time was not a pleasant experience. I'm absolutely sure it would have not been noticed for another 20 minutes (which we had already waited 40 minutes after calling the order in )had a customer not spoken up, prompting Amy to check, and then...

Normally we love the pizzas and have no issue with quality. For whatever reason, for the nearly $70 we spent 2/3 of the family sized pizzas were incorrect. The 2 mini Murphy’s we also ordered were already assembled instead of make-it-yourself, which was very sad for our 2 youngest who were excited to make their pizzas. No temporary tattoos either, and no instructions for baking. One of family sized thin crust deluxe veggies we got was actually a regular crust and not thin, and the stuffed chicken bacon ranch had no ranch and instead had red sauce, which ruined it for me. We didnt even want to eat it. My family was really disappointed last night.

Love the different choices they have here. I get a text for deals every day from Papa Murphy's, today's text was for large 2 topping pizza for $3.99. Cinnamon wheel is my favorite dessert pizza. Workers are always nice and respectful to me, my favorite workers name is Dakota.

My first time. Pizza was great! I had the garlic chicken and it was really good. Pizza cooks in under 20 mins and they provide the pan. Super easy. They have salads, dessert, and drinks too. Also it says you can use your EBT card.

Great Pizza, bummer they take zero COVID precautions. Had to wait a long time in a small poorly ventilated space surrounded by half a dozen people with no face coverings, not even the staff. Will not be going back.
