Disappointing experience. I expected the pizza to taste more like fresh restaurant-baked pizza rather than store-bought frozen. In terms of flavor and texture, it reminded me more of the frozen pizzas I’ve had before. As other reviewers have noted, the crust was difficult to separate from the paper—so much so that I couldn’t get it off at all. The cooking instructions recommend removing the pizza from the tray partway through baking and placing it directly on the oven rack, but I didn’t bother with that step to avoid handling a hot dish at 425 degrees and risking burns or spills. On the plus side, the online ordering and pickup process went smoothly.
Two stars. I placed an online order that was ready surprisingly quickly, even before the estimated pickup time. Unfortunately, we ended up with food poisoning. I picked up three pizzas: a custom pizza, a $10 pepperoni, and a chicken artichoke pizza. However, they gave us the wrong pizza—pepperoni and sausage instead of just pepperoni. The chicken in the chicken artichoke pizza tasted off, so I chose not to eat it. We ended up having the pepperoni and sausage pizza, which caused us food poisoning (we know this for sure because we had it as leftovers the next night too). I am very disappointed with the old ingredients and the incorrect order.
As a Type2 diabetic it is a challenge to order from a restaurant through delivery services because you never know what's in the food or what it is cooked with/in. I am really pleased with the crustless pizza I ordered...it was a good portion, as was the chicken caesar salad, enough for 3 servings. It tasted terrific and best of all DID NOT spike my glucose. Also the nutrition was listed for the ingredients. I will be ordering more from this restaurant. Thank you Papa Murphy's for increasing my menu and delivery choices.
Avoid this restaurant! Having worked here, I can assure you that it's extremely unsanitary, and you could easily get sick from eating the food. The dishes and containers are not cleaned properly; I've watched coworkers wash them using only their hands on multiple occasions. The quality of the food ingredients is also concerning—I often noticed that many toppings appeared old and discolored. Additionally, if you care about the treatment of employees, be aware that this establishment is not a good place to work.

I had the best pizza of my life from Papa Murphy's Take 'n' Bake. I ordered a stuffed pizza, but the girl I was with somehow ended up burning it while the dough remained doughy in parts. She gave me a slice that was mostly crust with just a bit of cheese on it. Despite that, she was really sweet and tried her best.
The pizza dough was utterly tasteless—definitely the blandest I've ever had. This was my first and last visit. The flavor of the bread or crust is essential for a great pizza, and in this case, it was the worst I've ever experienced.
The restaurant was very clean, and my order was ready right on time with no waiting. I will definitely keep ordering from them. Excellent service!
No matter how polite you are as a customer, there will always be someone who is rude or unhappy at work, and I experienced that at this place.

The paper tray under the uncooked pizza is nearly impossible to remove. However, the quality of the food is good, and the staff are friendly.
