Usually this location is great, efficient, friendly. Not today. I absolutely understand that it may get busy at times, and I absolutely understand that today is Tuesday and there is a $10.99 special going on. However, with that being said, there’s a certain point where behavior becomes unacceptable. When a customer tries calling several times over the course of 30 minutes, and not a single one of those calls is answered, that’s a problem in itself, but when all but one of those calls is seemingly ended/canceled/hung up/whatever, that’s unacceptable, now how do I know the calls were ended/canceled/hung up? I placed a mobile order, showed up 30 minutes after the app said it would be ready. I let the worker (Caitlin) know I had an order, and she literally rolled her eyes at me and told me she hadn 't even started making the order. I was the only customer in the store. She told me it would be fifteen minutes to make two pizzas and that I could come back. I declined and said I 'll wait. I watched her make them, slapping everything together in a hasty fashion with a horrible attitude, giving me the side eye. I asked her name, and she scoffed at me, asking why I wanted her name. We went in and the young lady helped us . We wanted bogo. I have about 5 teens and we'll they can get expensive So we went in. Found out it was online. Ha ha so we ordered in the place over phone. My son messed up. They canceled it put let him restart.. I swear teen boys... she was funny and just having a good day. No one else came in so we spoke and then the computer went down. Ha ha this poor girl was ready to go home. Yet she was polite, respectful and fun to be around. Well go back for her..

Came into order pizza and had a 100 dollar bill and they refused to take it but there are No Sign Stating that they do not take any Large Bills , had to waist more gas to drive across town to get food for my family . if you DONT NOT ACCEPT AND LARGE BILLD IT SHOULD BE POSTED ON THE DOOR .OR BY THE REGISTER. Picked up Mediterrian family size pizza and looked like a plain cheese pizza. Minimal spinach and chicken were placed on the pizza. I asked the young employee lady if this was the usual toppings on the special pizza and she responded that she didn't make it. I gave up based on the attitude of the employee.

Tried to order cheese bread but since they close in an hour I guess they can't make it.. (maybe because they haven't even cleaned yet)......but they can make my pizzas............ lost sales because of laziness....... such a bummer.

I love how much care they take to make sure that there is no cross contamination. I am highly allergic to Italian sausage and they always make sure I don't get any! Hunter is a very respectful, caring and a great employee.

Dirty floors, poor customer service, online orders not fulfilled quickly. Zero attention paid to someone waiting unless you ask about your order. Wait time over 30 min. Avoid!!! Reserva una mesa ahora
