Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

Went to the Grandview store about 7 on Friday evening. There was one young lady working behind the counter. There were no other customers in the building and didn't look like any in the drive-through. When we walked in we were not even acknowledged and the lady never even looked up from putting together a pizza. After about 5 minutes I asked if someone was able to help us. She mumbled something, again without looking up. About that time a young man walked up and set down some pizza trays, then returned to the back room. After about 2 more minutes of not being acknowledged we turned and walked out. Horrible customer service...won't be back.

The girl working didn’t look happy she was throwing pizza dough, didn’t measure anything, then she was rude giving me my pizza that she didn’t even wrap good everything was falling off the pizza. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Service: 1

Seems like they don’t know how to answer the phone! Been trying off and on for the past few months. Every time I call to order. The phone rings or is disconnected.
