Not answering the phone because they were busy.. so I had to go to the store to order. No customers in the store and the 2 kids working were in the back doing nothing that I could see. Guess they weren't answering the phone because they didn't want to be bothered. The line where they make the pizzas was a complete mess. Bottom line very poorly run store. Never going back!
I visited Papa Murphy's Pizza and was assisted by a lovely girl with beautiful curly brown hair who was incredibly helpful and sweet. She was a pleasure to talk to and offered excellent suggestions! The Mediterranean pizza was amazing—definitely one of the best I've had. I'll be coming back soon. Whoever she is, she deserves a raise! Outstanding customer service!
I'm not sure what's happening with this restaurant, but my experiences have been disappointing. Every time I order from here, the crust is inconsistent and behaves oddly. It sticks to the white plate, is burnt in some areas, and in others, it's too soft. It's barely edible. I'm going to try a different location from now on.
The quality of the food is average. The staff seems to lack experience and sometimes take a while to answer the phone. They initially stated that they do not accept EBT, but in fact, they do. The restaurant always gets our order correct and delivers it promptly. They take extra care to ensure that each pizza is made with love and attention, as if they were preparing it for their own family.
I visited at 6 PM, but the open sign was off, despite the posted hours indicating they're open until 7:30 PM. I brought this to the attention of the staff, but they still didn't turn the sign on.
I've baked numerous Papa Murphy's pizzas and have never been disappointed. Since you bake it at home, it’s always hot and fresh. Give it a try—you won't regret it!
