really enjoyed. beautiful small restaurant with about 20 places. we wanted fish and the dishes were nice. especially enjoyed the hot spiced crab. Perhaps a small selection of sauces (white wine and cream-based was almost everything) would be better, but understand the restrictions of a small kitchen. dessert was also very nice. Cash-only is a massive pain in these days (has to go to a cash machine for the first time in a year), but that seems to be how they want to run it. the steaks saw amazing btw, something jealous.

if honestly, from outside not somewhere that would have attracted me to the place, but we are gone to celebrate and my daughter booked it for her friends birthday meal. overall the meal times were really good. we found the garlic and wine mushrooms and the steak sauce both a little overwhelming with seasoning for mealtimes that normally tend to not have this element. sitting is very cozy and not suitable for those who want a little more space. total good quality eating but space for some improvement

we were a table of five, only with net: two pasta dishes and three different fish lemon sole, sea bass and turbot. everything was excellent and generously cut. service was not fast, but was very friendly and helpful. the chef came out and had a chat at the end. he described the local purchase of fish and meat and his own time on the boats. a beautiful evening.

great friendly service. authentic atmosphere. delicious food. my wife had fish and I'm vegetarian. house wine fruity and smooth. second time and will certainly be back. Note: only cash. not accessible.

Outstanding in every department service, quality, portion size, flavour. The best restaurant in Looe. Book in advance. You will not be disappointed. Spicy Crab Bake starter is a must try
