Long time customer of this particular Papa Romano’s. I purposely choose to drive 25 minutes out of my direction to choose this location and today I am shocked at the service received. I always receive fantastic service but tonight was different. We ordered in 2 Large Square pizzas, 2 breads, and an order of wings. When ordering, the lady on the phone who took the order even stated to us “I don’t even know how to use this computer…” and so forth. Upon picking up the food and driving another 25 minutes home, I sit down to realize the pizzas are Round. I called to ask if there was anything they could do and they offered $5 off stating the owner took the order and confirmed that they were suppos...
I’ve been going here for close to 15 years now…. I LOVE it! Everything is good but I like the pepperoni rolls the best! There’s a sweet little Italian lady who has been there since I’ve started coming and honestly she’s one of the biggest reasons I still come! Always so sweet and nice… you don’t get that for customer service from to many other places these days!!
if the old guy is working honestly just don’t he consistently makes orders wrong even after repeating my order back to me will tell me it wont take 15 20min to remake it if I don’t want it.if the women is working 10/10 she is great and I would HIGHLY recommend!! I have never had an issue with her but I will never order again if it’s the older guy.
Family owned. Owner really cares about their customers. They have a large menu which I didn’t expect. Pizza, bread, wings, dessert, salad, and pitas! Everything is always fresh and ready when I pick up.

I've been ordering from this place for six years, and I can honestly say it's the best pizza I've ever had. It's consistently great every time!
Not bad or anything just really tastes like a high end grocery store frozen pizza, just not what we look for in a pizza.
Best thin crust pizza, ever!Paper thin, crispy and crunchy just the way we love. We will definitely be ordering again.
