There are two Papa Romano's locations on Crooks in Troy, and it can be confusing. This particular location is excellent, but we have not had much luck with the other one. I have fond memories of Papa Romano's from my childhood, with Bambino bread and deep dish pizza. When the location near my house closed, I was disappointed. Although this location is further away and does not deliver to our house, we still prefer it over the other location. This is the first time ordering from Papa Romanos and I have to say this is one of my worst experience. I ordered pizza for my kids at 7 pm with delivery. At 8pm, I called them to get an update on the pizza and they told me that the order got cancelled because driver could not make it. At least they could've called and said they couldn't give food to my kids. I asked them to make another pizza and I could pick it up and the person on the phone said they were closed even though Google listed them being open for another 1 hour! This is the worst place to get pizza. Do not recommend!
The owner called me the next day and apologized for the way the situation was handled by the employee, acknowledging it was a training issue. They assured me that it would be rectified and offered to make amends for the mistake in any way they could. I suggested adding the ranch to our next order and thanked them for addressing the issue. Initially, I had given the service a one-star rating, but after someone reached out to resolve the issue, I decided to increase it to 3 stars. Thank you for taking the time to address the matter with me.
I want to express my gratitude for the fantastic food and generosity provided for the Cub Scout Pack 1607 Winter Campout dinner at Troy Papa Romano's. It greatly contributed to the success of the event. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

I am on a budget and was searching for a tasty meal for under 20 dollars. The staff were fantastic and the food was excellent! My stomach was very satisfied.
This restaurant is a great spot to pick up a fast sub or wrap for lunch, or order pizza for the whole office.
This location is always super nice and respectful always gets my food right! Love them.
