Papa's Fish Chips Scarborough Seafront Takeaway

I'm a local and live 5 minutes away. I was hungry in the week on a walk and didn't fancy cooking at home so got Papas combo. It came to £6.30p. I gave 2 £5 notes. The woman serving me gave me £3.70p in several denominations so my pockets on my designer jeans were now weighing down with change. She then made a comment about how I'd took all her change without considering the inconvenience she'd just caused me! That got me thinking, 1. It's not my business to tell her how to run her business. 2. If selling something between £5-£10 then recieving £10 shouldn't be an alien concept. 3. Get a small float of pound coins. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The chips were cold, and while the fish was decent, the service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, the fish pie wasn’t available. For a lunch outing, the overall cost was around £40-50 per person. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
