Papa's Pizza on Main

The food value cannot be beat for pizza in this neighbourhood. Crisp crust, good quality toppings and your choice of fresh baked to order or rethermed slices. Nice staff too. If hole in the wall basic wall mounted table shelf, mix matched stools and underground...rags are your thing, Heaven awaits. Or steps away is a Vancouver City mini park with suitable tables and chairs as well as a bike share depot. Worth a gnash if you are in the mood and in thev’hood.

I find it odd this place has such high reviews on TripAdvisor and Yelp. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza is fine for with a good variety of flavours. But I don’t find it any better than a lot of independent pizza-by-the-slice spots. A...good spot to get a quick and cheap bite but nothing more.

Only problem with coming here to eat pizza is that it gets harder to eat pizza anywhere else because it is that good. My favorites are the Pulled Pork and the Sirloin Steak.

Awesome pizza, soft crunchy crust and quality toppings. They have vegan cheese (not sure which brand, but it’s really good) and can do gluten free (also awesome crust).
