Papillon Coffee House

Love the design of this coffee shop. Very wooden and chic! Posting as I had an amazing chai latte (some places make them way too sweet but this was perfect and the best frangipane I've ever had. So I figured they deserved a good review. They were lovely and really good service too. Now I know about this place I'll definitely be back! (Picture attached of the big bit of frangipane! Really nice haven for a coffee and toasted teacake or cake... or a great breakfast... or lunch. Everything looks attractive and fresh. Staff friendly and there was a lovely ambience when I was there. Even though I was on my own the background of animated chatter from other customers made me feel welcome somehow. Worth a walk to find! Thank you!!

Ordered the picnic box for 1, Apricot Danish and a Baguette from this place. The food was soo good in the picnic box- especially the pretzels which were to die for. The baguette was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately they ran out of pastries so I got the sausage rolls instead. I would definitely recommend the food at this place!

Lovely little gem not far from the river or Town Centre. Staff very friendly, food and coffee great, check out the many different cakes on offer to tempt the taste buds. Go and visit it, can thoroughly recommend the paninis for a lunchtime treat. Reserva una mesa ahora

Really outstanding. The best breakfast I have ever had. Bacon was perfectly cooked and all items were top quality. Service is second to none. As I live so close I will be visiting on a regular basis for brekkers. Thank you.

Lovely, friendly coffee shop. The owner and staff are great and it's nicely decorated. They also do themed evening events which I'm looking forward to trying. Definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful chocolate and banana cake with a Mocha coffee.....mmm....Will definitely be back when in the area....cake was delicious and vegan....well done ladies.

Absolutely brilliant, we had sandwiches coffee, tea and cakes. The food was delicious the staff were superb and so helpful and such a nice lady owner

Lovely little restaurant with great food and coffee. Has a really cool atmosphere too. Highly recommended.
