I stopped by Pappalardo's Pizza Cove on my way to work to grab a slice. Unfortunately, when I got to my car, I discovered a long hair melted into the cheese. I returned to talk to the bald staff member, who made a joke instead of apologizing, even though the young girl who initially helped me seemed nice. I probably should have asked for a refund, but since I was really hungry, I opted for a new slice instead. It was quite unappetizing, and I definitely won't be going back. Also, the prices are way too high; a light vodka slice for $5 feels like a total rip-off! Meal type: Lunch.
